 good day in dallas - highs in the mid 80's!  all the kids were happy.  i bought clothes on facebook for the first time!

cashews - 240
pita/turkey pepp pizza - 380
ravioli - 340
ravilii - 340

1300 - totals - yea, i know, toooo carby and i need to track more details but hey - i'm here keeping it steady and in control.  no water before and after is so key!  I am off to get another 24 oz before dinner.

I watched the Dr Oz re run last night where he talks about gastric bypass.  Great stuff.  He is a complete supporter!!!

 Highs in the mid 80's?  Very jealous.  Glad that your joining us.  Definately been beneficial for me to be here and hopefully you will continue to find it the same.

Very tired so here is my food for the day:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1/3 cup oat bran
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
16oz water
L:  1 cup southwester quinoa/chicken/cheese/blackbean/corn casserole, peach
32oz water and pm vitamins
D:  Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup sauteed onions/seasoned ground turkey/fat free refried beans, 1/3 cup cheese, 2.25 oz pumpkin seeds

cals: 1646, fat: 73, carbs: 121, protein: 108

Time to go to sleep.  DH is having a meltdown in the other room.  He doesn't want me to try and help him, he wants to stay stuck and I can't stand listening to it anymore.  It makes me want to eat.  I am going to bed.  Night...

I'm late to this thread, but holy cow I fell flat on my face yesterday!!! I had a really stressful busy day, but I will have them & it's no excuse to pig out. I'm embarrased to list this but hey, its accountability right?

Drinks: 3 cups of coffee & probably only about 24 oz of water.

Breakfast : Nothing This is where I went wrong!

Lunch: FOUR pieces of Round Table chicken garlic pizza!!!!!

Snack: A piece of full sugar apple pie

Dinner: Reasonable....I had a chicken fajita & about 10 grapes. 

Snack: Pretzels (trigger food as well as slider food I need to avoid these)
