I feel off the wagon for a few days - not horrible eating but I feel in control when I post.  So - happy Monday to everyone.  I could have made better choices.  My son woke me up at 4 am I couldn't go back to school.  I was sooo tired:)  Can anyone else relate!!!

Yesterday was my 3 year anniversary from my sleeve!  Love my new life and this TOOL!!!  I haven't gained any of my weight back but feel confident that I would have if I had started posting and sticking to the basics.  You can NEVER get too far away them.

Tired?  For sure.  I am a teacher and we start back next week so we are very busy this week.  

I have been absent for a few days-busy, busy, busy.  Here are my stats for today.  My calories and fat were a bit high, but I had eggs and cheese today.  I also had lots of activity.

Calories:          1710                          

Carbs:             129/ 30%                                   

Protein:            127/ 30%                  

Fat:                 74/ 40%                 

Fiber:             14

Ah! Thanks for picking up the slack here! I've been AWOL all weekend. I didn't do horrible but didn't keep track of my eats. Today, I did. It was a horrible stressful day but I lived through it. I have one more container of water to drink and I'll be done. I did get most of my vitamins too. I need my calcium but other than that, I'm good.

my eats today

coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
protein waffle, 1 small nectarine, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
24 oz iced tea with splenda for the drive to work..no espresso this morning.
1 hard boiled egg (no deli meat
24 oz container of water with ice, non-caffeinated
6" black forest ham subway sandwith with swiss cheese on flat bread
24 oz container of water with ice, non-caffeinated
1 cup beef and bean burrito left overs
24 oz container of water with ice, caffeinated
5 oz beef shank, stewed, 1 cooked carrot

totals for the day:
Calories: 1584
Fat: 69.3
Carbs: 130.5
Protein: 116.4

Actually, not too bad. the burrito pushed the carbs up over the top but beans are good carbs. I'm okay with these numbers. I'm also exhausted from my day.

You're right..the basics are the best place to start.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

 Hi everyone!  Congrats on the 3 year anniversary.  I also do best when accountable and posting.  I also am better when planning.  Right now it just works for me.

So here is my food from Monday:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 1/3 cup oat bran
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 5oz tuna salad w/lowfat mayo, 21 soy crisps, peach
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 10 soy crisps, 2 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: 7oz greek yogurt w/cocoa powder, sugar free salted carmel syrup and stevia, sugar free greek yogurt cupcake

Cals: 1784, fat: 59.5, carbs: 143, pro: 135
