Sunday Accountability
The day went better. Made a southwest chicken quinoa casserole to dole out into 1 cup servings and freeze for lunches, did laundry and beaded some more. Now Monday morning is here way too soon. Oh well it gets me out of the house and agin my head and hands something to do.
Here is my food from Sunday:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 2 slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 4oz chicken breast, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, 1/4 cup cheese, lettuce/carrots/cabbage/peppercinis
16oz diet peach snapple
2/3 Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D: 6oz roasted lamp, 1 tbsp butter, sauteed onios/mushrooms
S: 7oz greekyogurt w/1/2 tbsp stevia, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp sugar free salted carmel syrup, sugar free greek yogurt devil's food cupcake
Cals: 1531, fat: 73.5, carbs: 69, protein: 122.5
