Accountability - finally Friday
It's been a really really long week. So when dear hubby suggested dinner out with a margarita???How could I say no! I'm drinking an extra container of water this evening to cover the ****tail..hoping for no dehydration (hangover) tomorrow..
my eats for the day:
coffee with my NSA Swiss Miss (I make this myself, with splenda, instant dry milk and cocoa)
1/4 protein waffle, nectarine and 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with lots of soy milk and extra coffee (drank this while at the courthouse paying my speeding ticket)
24 oz drink with ice, crystal light grapefruit flavor
1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat
24 oz drink with ice, non caffeinated
some of my lunch: 4 oz baked chicken breast (I have these packed in snack size zippy bags and frozen, ready to use with just about any veggies) 1 cup home made cole slaw (I make this with splenda, oil, vinegar and some mayo)
the rest of the salad
24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
1 hard boiled egg (I brought two but didn't have time)
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated (Hawaiian Punch, Berry flavor)
about half a blended margarita..yeah, some of the salt on the rim too! that's the best part.
a handful of chips with salsa while we waited for the meal
1/2 a beef and bean burrito..none of the refried beans and none of the rice..all of the remains came home with us. I'll be eating that this weekend for sure. I estimate that the 1/2 burrito was about a cup of food..could be more..
Now I have a 24 oz container of drink mix (Crystal light grapefruit flavor)

Fat: 56.2
Carbs: 109.4
Protein: 97.2
Meh..not enough protein..Oh well. It's the weekend and I'm resting my mind for a couple of days.
How did you do? Remember to pat yourself on the back..it does you no good to be harder on yourself than you would be your best friend..You are your own best friend, if you can cheer yourself on and don't kick yourself when you're down..
