Another stressful day. I'm not sure where it all ends! I'm tired again and with all that I was doing today, my numbers show it..But there are some plusses..I got all my vitamins. I got all my water. I got alittle walking in..

Okay, down to brass tacks:

4:45 am coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am breakfast, protein waffle, 1 nectarine, sf pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte with plain soy milk

7:00 am 24 oz crystal light drink mix, non-caffeinated, grapefruit flavor with ice.

9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc ham deli meat

10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with water, non-caffeinated

11:30 am sadly, I forgot the meat that I was gonna add to the Banquet Meatball leftovers..bummer

12:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

1:30 pm nearly missed a training meeting..sheesh! 24 oz container of water with ice, Hawaiian punch, not caffeinated

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated I think it was Great Value Mango Peach

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with the last of the ice, on the ride home. non-caffeinated

6:15 pm finally done for the day: 4 oz grilled pork chop, 1/2 cup canned peas cooked

Here are the numbers:
Calories: 1001
Fat: 51.5
Carbs: 61.4
Protein: 78.6

And I'm full. I had two hardboiled eggs that I'd taken to work and didn't touch them..I was actually too busy to eat. I hate when that happens!

How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I hear you.  When school starts back up in a week and a half I will be faced with the same thing-too much to do, too tired and not enough time for anything. I will have to be vigilant-easier said than done.
