Accountability - Thursday
More than ready for the weekend. Even with the temps up over 105 today, I put the top down on the convertible and drove home from work. The sunshine makes me happy, especially after a really hard day. Tomorrow may be just as hard or harder!
I was up really early today..4:00 am!
coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
breakfast: waffles, pear, sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte
24 oz iced tea and splenda
1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 oz turkey pastrami
24 oz water with ice, drink mix non-caffeinated
9 wheat crackers, 3 oz turkey pastrami
24 oz water with ice, drink mix non-caffeinated
part of my salad: 4 oz baked chicken breast, 2 cups salad greens, 1 small tomato, 1 oz ranch dressing
24 oz water with ice, drink mix, caffeinated
the rest of my salad
24 oz water with ice, drink mix, non-caffeinated
24 oz water with ice, drink mix, caffeinated (for the drive home)
dinner: 5 oz fried salmon, 1/3 cup canned peas, maybe a bite of mashed potatoes
dessert: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

I love salmon..actually, I love all fish..and this is why. I can eat crackers and honey roasted peanuts and still have numbers like this if I eat enough fish..Sadly, I bought enough fish for three meals (3/4 lb each meal-for the three of us) but hubby didn't realize it was for three meals and thawed it all. bummer. Now I'm out of fish with none on sale anytime soon, that I can see. Oh well, I have two more oversized meals as left overs..Poor me! LOL.
