Accountability Saturday
I am back today-in a much better mindset and with more emotional balance than yesterday. It was a good nutrition day with good activity. My carbs were a little high because I finally found a pizza crust that I could make work for homemade pizza. I have been missing and wanting pizza for a while, but refused to indulge in take out-too big a mindfield for me! I have tried so many different things for a pizza crust and hated all of them because is wasn't what I really wanted in a pizza. Grocery shopping the other day I found and individual, thin crust that enabled me to make a chicken, broccoli, low fat mozz and turkey bacon pizza for under 500 calories and 35 grams of protein! It tasted so good!
Here are my stats for the day:

well, so much for our family going to the gym today. I gave the twins scrambled eggs for the first time and was watching them. Our baby boy had an allergic reaction and spent the morning in the ER. Gave us all a big scare but he is ok now. It was nasty and probably has this for life. We have to now see an allergist. Anyway...it sort of put me out of the eating mood.
i had a small asian chicken salad at paradise for lunch and a ahi tuna sandwich minus the top bun for dinner. plus, i had 3 fries, a bit of a cookie and 2 bites of a sandwich
1000 calories based on what the restaurant says plus an estimation of my 'bites'
49 fat grams
58 protein
I'm going to bed now, so I can go running in the morning by myself.
Stopping the water after the meal is the key...and yea, and posting!!!
