Ferritin at 606????

Is this even possible?  Last year, it was 237, which I was happy with.  But 606?????

you may need to give blood and stop taking iron.

I was wondering if I should have them run it again.  Seems pretty strange that for 5.5 years, it stayed pretty steady between 190 and 250 and I haven't changed a thing.......
