Tuesday and Wednesday Accountability
It seemed a bit late to post yesterday tonight so I decided to start today's post and include yesterday.
These are my stats for Tuesday and Wednesday this week. Tuesday was a bit carby, but my activity was so high I think I needed the energy! I did have a sandwich, but also whole grain cereal and chipotle sweet potato fries (oven cooked). This is where most of the carbs came from. Today it was hot and humid and I felt like a slug! Not as much activity. Just trying to stay cool.

Today - I am most proud of not eating water after my meals and it really does work!!!
We went to Mexican for dinner where I didn't eat any chips - just my fajitas. I didn't actually finish the 2nd one but counted it anyway assuming that I didn't the calorie count just right anway.
I found my fit*****arger but not the fitbit:( will keep looking. I did run again today! Fall can't arrive soon enough!!!

I have been getting really hungry in the afternoon but I am thinking it is my body needing more water. It is getting REALLY hot here and I notice by the end of the day my legs and feet feel tight the way they did when they would get swollen up before I had the surgery. I am going to drink another bottle of water today and see if that helps. Type at yoou all later.
