sooooo glad the week is over.  

My eats:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 plum, SF pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte (With plain soy milk)

7:00 am 24 oz iced tea with splenda

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

11:30 pm 6 oz stewed chicken breast and 1 slice processed cheese

12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

1:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:30 pm four or nine small sugar free cookies with peanut butter (about 2 tablespoons..) gosh I hate it when I don't have a plan for a snack..yuck. I felt bad for over an hour!

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

 

6:00 pm 5 oz pork chops, 1/2 cup canned green beans..alittle mashed potatoes but seriously, no room for them so I stopped.

 

It's been a long week (only three days) but it's the weekend now. Maybe I can get some things organized around the house? Probably not. Tomorrow we'll be at the hospital for the family of a young man who is having brain tumor surgery..He's only 42 so it's like a son to us..

Wow..I thought I was going to over do on the carbs and get lower numbers on the protein..Turns out it wasn't too bad. I need some more water but other wise, I'm good for today. Tomorrow is going to be full of shopping and waiting and hand holding and hugs..
