Going Back to the basics
Hi Im 6 yrs out and Trying to do the pouch diet. Im on Day 5 and have lost 5 lbs. So tomorrow Im wondering what should my typical plate look like. I mean I no Protein first but for sides like are veggies ok. Any side Ideas. I have 10 more lbs to go to get back to my goal weight. I dont want to mess up. :)
veggies or fruit..stuff that you would eat with the skins. The fruits that you don't eat the peels are high in sugar and so I stay away..bananas especially!

I need help getting back on track and found this forum. Did you ladies have success with the 5 day pouch diet? I'm not sure where I should start. I'm 4 1/2 years out of open RNY, got to goal, then got lazy ... I'm up about 30 lbs from my 127 lbs lost, which I thought was lost forever! So I gotta get back in control ...
