First full day back..I didn't keep track of a darn thing and probably ate too many carbs cuz I was eating sandwiches and burgers most of the time. I took 4 waffles and peanut butter..I did eat those things and made sure that I focused on protein but didn't write down a single thing..I forgot to eat, I forgot to drink enough water..I forgot one whole day of vitamins in six days. And ya know what happened? I lost four pounds..

Todays eats

coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

24 oz herb tea

1 oz cheddar cheese, turkey breast deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

6 oz chicken breast, 2 flour tortillas, 3/4 oz cheddar cheese

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

I really need to take more vacations and I have a plan to put away a bit of money each month so we can go away more often. I just need to get over leaving the office without my position. They don't have a back up for me and that's not my problem. I just need to get over that feeling of worrying about them and not me!

You did great! I am always amazed how I can lose weight when I don't keep track and seem to eat so many carbs. I mean whole burgers. Oh, we had a bison burger in Great Falls that was DIVINE! Swiss cheese, tomatoes, even the bun (home made, local wheat at all..big and fluffy) was eaten.

It is great that you did so well on vacation.  KUDOS!!!!!!

My day yesterday was not even close to being as active.  I tutored in the morning and then visited my mom-both are very sedentary.

Here was my day:

Calories: 1642

Carbs: 142 / 33%

Protein: 160 / 37%

Fat: 59 / 30%

16 fiber

46 sugar

Percentages were good, but my numbers were higher than I would have wanted for such a sedentary day.

Fitbit stats:

Steps: 3468

Floors climbed: 5

Miles: 1.47

Calories Burned: 1600

A day of high numbers isn't all that bad. I remember when I was in a stall early out, I'd increase my numbers a bit and like magic, the scale falls..I dldn't pu**** by going higher for weeks on end (cuz frankly, it scared me!) but a day would do it. If you don't do that, your body will think you're in a famine or something and hang onto all the weight it can to keep you alive (theoretically)..

In any case, those are some great numbers and percentages! Very cool. Keep up the good work. See ya.
