Accountability Friday
The day went great. I had the best time going out to Pasadena, shopping the bead show and hanging out. Got a ton of great beads and posted like a fool about my trip the whole way through on Facebook. :D
Here is my food for the day:
16oz water and am vitamins
B: 2 slice protein bread, 3 slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp cream cheese

Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
32oz water
L: Zankou chicken tarna wrap (Pita, about 4oz chicken, hummus) and 1 tbsp garlic paste

D: 6oz bonless/skinless chicken thighs, 1/4 cup grated cheese, 2tbp jalapeno ranch dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, stevia, lettuce/grated carrots/red cabbage/red pepper/peppercinis, 2 tbsp avacado, 1/2 Flatout flatbread (I ended up eating about 2/3 of the salad)
S: 7z greak yogurt w/ 1/2 tbsp stevia, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp sugar free white chocolate syrup, 1 sugar free greek yogurt devil's food cupcake
Cals: 1650, Fat: 75.5, Carbs: 105.5, Proteins: 126
I am exhausted but happy. It was a great day and tomorrow I have some beading to do.

Wow what is a sugar free greek yougurt chocolate cupcake and how do i get one? I am 3 yrs and 3 months out from surgery and at my lowest was down to 160, everyone said i looked too thin, last year in july when i went for my check up i was 172 which was 2 lbs down from the previous year and they were perfectly content, that is there goal for me as i am 5'9". Today i went to the gym and i weighed in at 189, Hell No! I came back to this forum today for inspiration and I think I have found it. i still do not eat over 35 grams of sugar at one time However the past year I worked shift work and I am sure that is where the extra weight came from, i am know working a normal job mon-friday and am trying to get ba k into my exercise routine. I would love to have someone to talk to and exchange recipes and ideas with.
I found the recipe on Pinterest. You take Pillsbury sugar free devil's food cake mix, 1 cup Greek yogurt (I use fage 2%) and 1.25 cups water. Mix it all up, pour into cupcake tin and bake. That's it. I freeze them and eat with my greek yogurt mixed with cocoa powder, stevia and sugar free white chocolate syrup. Delicious! The cupcakes have 134 calories, 4 grams fat, 15 carbs and 4 grams protein using the 2% fage. I love Pinterest. I have found a bunch of recipes i have used that makes sense for the way i eat today.
