Accountability Thursday

 I'm late.  I just can't seem to get it together to come home and sit right down and post this.  I fiddle around, make dinner and once I sit down for the night it is over.  Anyway I am very excited.  I am driving into Pasadena today to go to a bead show.  I have the day off and feel like I am going on an adventure.  I got myself way caught up at work so everything should be more than taken care of there.  I am so looking forward to today and the weekend.

Here is my food from yesterday:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup white chicken chili, 1/2 apple
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup sauteed onions/seasoned ground turkey/fat free re-fried beans, 1/3 cup cheese
S: 7oz 2% greek yogurt with 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp stevia and 1/2 tbsp sugar free white chocolate torani syrup, sugar free greek yogurt devil's food cupcake

Cals: 1587, Fat: 60.5, Carbs: 124, Proteins: 112.5

I am feeling really good physically.  My body feels clean inside and like it is working the way it is supposed to be.  Life is good.  Could this be a Thank God It's Friday Moment????  Off for Pasadena.  Type at you later.  Hopefully tonight :/
