Accountability - Tuesday
Busy again today..Super busy..not as stressful but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel so it's encouraging. On a sad note, a young man that grew up with our girls is hospitalized with an inoperable brain aneurism..I'm sure my hubby is torn whether he wants to leave or stay..I hope he picks what he can live with..
My eats:
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:15 am 1/4 protein waffles, 5 large strawberries, SF pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz iced tea with splenda
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated (during a meeting)
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
10:30 am most of a chicken breast grilled
11:30 am the rest of that chicken breast
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix caffeinated
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix, non-caffeinated
got home and hubby wanted to go out to dinner..so we went to Thai food..:
7:00 pm 2 cup won ton soup (yum), chicken chow mein noodles, chicken on a stick and an egg roll..
And now, another container of just plain water. I'm more than ready to get outta here for a week..

Wow..before dinner I had only 95 grams of protein..I knew I had plenty of room for carby dinner things so I ate very little actual meat..and it worked..I know I'll have trouble with two things while on vacation..vitamins and water. I'll concentrate on those two things and maybbe that will work!

Hey! I did good. Work is going well. Not too busy and staying on top of everything I need to get done. I am sorry about your daughters' friend. That is hard.

B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup white chicken chili, 1/2 apple
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 2 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: 7oz 2% greek yogurt with 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tbsp stevia, 1/2 tbsp sugar free white chocolate syrup, sugar free greek yogurt devil's food cupcake
Cals: 1573, Fat: 55, Carbs: 117.5, Protein: 126.5
The day wwent well. I did get hungrier than I remember feeling in a really long time around 1-2pm and it dissappeared when I drank my water so it must have really been thirst. I heard what I have created as your voice in my head telling me to remember to drink enough water... :D Anwyay, have a good day and I will type at you later!
