Accountability - Monday
I missed yesterday..mostly cuz I ate something that was horrible. A jack in the box Sour Dough Jack..660 calories..ouch. I just didn't want to see the numbers so I skipped it..but today I'm back in teh saddle and back at it..here's my day:
5:30 am coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
5:45 am protein waffle, plum and sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea as I drove to the court house to ask about doing community service for my ticket for using my cell phone while the car was moving (stupid ticket!) my court date is set for September now..
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non -caffeinated
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/2 a chicken breast from last night..I intended to eat a cup of cooked carrots but didn't.
1:30 pm the rest of that chicken breast, still no carrots-the breast was just too filling.
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix without ice, non-caffeinated
6:00 pm 5 oz pork chop and 1 small baked potato with margarine..I ate it in two stages and I actually forced myself to eat the whole baked potato cuz I know my protein number is much higher than it should be..I need more carbs today!

Wow..I could have some microwave popcorn for sure tonight..Not bad at all.

I hear you. My saturday sucked ass...so I didn't show up this weekend. Not an excuse but what happened.

32 oz water and am vitamins B: 1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden groun flaxseed, stevia Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte L: 5oz tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp cream cheese, no sugar added bread and butter pickle chips, 21 sea salt soy crisps, 1/2 apple 32oz water and pm vitamins D: Flatout Flatbread, 1/2 cup sauteed onions/seasoned ground turkey/fat free refried beans, 1/3 cup cheese 16oz water S: Large Supreme Protein bar - sugar free chocolate carmel crunch Cals: 1747, Fat: 72, Carbs: 105.5, Protein: 127
