I had an excellent day..I'm actually starting to get the system down..and then when I got home I solved my son's problem with his internet job and explained about the spreadsheet that he needs to fill out for his time sheets..I actually knew something! woo hoo. My son is a very happy camper now!

my eats for the day:

coffee

waffle, banana, sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz herb tea

1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turke breast deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

1 flour tortilla, 2 oz chicken breast meat, 1 oz mozzarella cheese

Just barely..but I did okay. I'm happy with it in any case. I'm getting really excited about vacation..but first, Monday I get to go to court for the cell phone ticket. I'm sure hoping that I can get community service instead of having to pay $160..right before vacation would be bad.

 I am so glad for you!  Things are also looking up at work for me.  However I did wig on my boss and told her I expected a raise and why.  I have never done this before but I did along with reasons based on policy changes I came up with that will impact the place I work at as a whole and are department.  We'll see.  Oh well.  Time to let it go now.

Here is my food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 2 slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricto jam
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
32oz water and pm vitamins
12oz water
33 almonds, 2 pickle slices, 6 pickles carrot slices
D:  2 slices protein bread, 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese, Supreme protein bar

Cal: 1716.5, Fat: 77, Carbs: 90.5, Protein: 116.5

Not bad.  I am not good about the adding I did with the almonds.  I was at a pool party and just did it.  Oh well.  I am pretty happy it is Friday.  Have a good one!

They have me working for an outside Charter School at my work..when I told them I'd expect a second pay check for that place, they laughed but you know, I'm expected to finish my own work and do the work of a charter school site secretary..I think I deserve some over time..

Your numbers look better than mine do for Saturday..same calorie number and same protein number but MUCH lower on your carb number..You did great.
