Accountability - Wednesday
Maybe it's because I know that vacation is fast approaching but today felt less stressful, none less hectic but still not as bad as last week.
My eats:
5x24 oz water, 1 herb tea, 3 non-caffeinated, 1 caffeinated
12 oz double espresso latte with plain soy milk
24 oz iced tea this evening.
breakfast: protein waffle, medium banana (don't really like bananas..but they were cheap!) sf pancake syrup
snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
snack: 1 peanutbutter chocolate protein bar (home made) I need to make more of these..they'rs so convenient
lunch: Jose' Ole Burrito. I had the chicken one already in my lists but had the cheese and steak. Same number of calories (350) but more protein (14 grams compared to 11 grams in the chicken)
snack: 1 hardboiled egg
dinner: 4 oz pork chop, 1/2 small baked potato and 1/2 T margarine
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1347
Fat: 56.7
Carb: 120.8 (oops..that's that stupid burrito. I knew it!)
Protein: 94.8 (Yeah, that burrito was 41 carbs and barely worth the protein..)
All in all, not bad. Could do better. I've decided that I'll be signing off during my vacation. I'm going out on a limb and going to step away from accountability for that six days..I think it will be sort of cathartic..I'll make sure I have my back up stuff like hard boiled eggs and protein bars..maybe even some protein waffles..

Hello...I'm glad the day was less stressful. For me too. Got a ton done. The food was meh. Things just feel of***** sucked into someone's anger today. It felt like I was trapped for about 45 minutes while they just kept *****ing about stuff. I was trying to get them to see things from a different angle until I realized I was fighting a losing battle and by that time it was too late. She was not letting go. Then I decided to eat lunch that I did not bring and blah...
Here is the food:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp Golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2 % latte
L: 3-4 bites chicken/cheese quesabilla on a flour tortilla, salad: mixed greens with some garbanzo salad made with blue cheese in a vinagrette, shredded carrots, corn, cheese, tuna salad and a Santa Fe style ranch - I had about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of this
16oz water and pm vitamins
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D: Starbucks ham and cheese breakfast sandwich
S: Supreme Protein bar - the big one
Not including lunch because I have no clue on those numbers, here are my totals:
Cals: 1105, Fat: 42, Carbs: 76, Protein: 75
Also I weighed myself and I am up 1.6 pounds from Monday. I have been having problems with going number 2 all of the sudden and that concerns me. I shouldn't have gotten on the scale because now I am going to think about that all day...Ugh. Okay enough out of me. Type at you later :/

You did great..Now, unless your lunch was a double cheeseburger, large fries and a large chocolate milk shake (totals on that would be about 2500-3000 calories) you didn't go way high. LMAO.
For fun sometimes I like to take a look at fast food places for stuff I used to eat before surgery. Like a whole thick crust medium pizza..a double cheeseburger with fries and milk shake..stuff like that. It amazes me cuz one meal like that is like a WEEKEND for me now.
