Accountability - Tuesday
Today was slightly better but I did get more done. Some people are still irritating me but my relationship with my boss is getting better too..All in all, busy but good. Tonight I have a headache too..going to bed early. Oh, and the vacation is ON..we're definitely going and I'm getting excited over that too..

breakfast: waffle, strawberries, sf pancake syrups
12 oz double espresso latte
24 oz herb tea with splenda
1 oz mozzarella cheese and turkey breast deli meat
2 hard boiled eggs
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
lunch: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup cole slaw
24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
dinner: 1 medium chicken leg, 5 french fries
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1120
Fat: 54.3
Carbs:L 55.0
Protein: 105.4
So now it's time to get my eyes shut cuz my head seriously hurts..See ya tomorrow!

Excellent about the vacation. I bet that helps with the stress, just knowing that soon you will be getting away to rest, relax and have some fun. Things are okay at work for me. I think I get twisted more than I need to. I am working on this.

I tend to get more wound up than I need to as well. Yesterday I had a mini melt down trying to communicate with an office mate who's first language isn't english..I'm okay with Spanish (ala Mexico or central america), and even Mandarin or Korean but..this guy just tends to really step on my short nerve..I'm working on that too..not working well but trying!

I have been a part of Obesity help since 2005. I had my surgery April 11, 2005.
I went off track for over 5 years due to a very abusive relationship. I started packing on the pounds so the punches he delivered were not as painful.
I am not grossly overweight, but I would like to reduce the 50 gained. 13 days ago, I started an accountability of my own and put it on the fridge. Mostly a water log and exercise routine.
This way, I am self accountable, but the eating has me stumped. I forgot how to eat and how much.
What do I need to do, to join this accountability? I need help and would like to jump back in with both feet. I did a great job uping my exercise (That was always tough), but now I am feeling like crap because of all the excess skin that is sagging everywhere. It is almost as though I never had this surgery.
I want my size 145 back...Right now, I am in the 180 ish... I don't have a scale, but I am sure that is close. he stole it from me now I WANT HER BACK!!! Can you help me.

Good for you for taking your life back..You can do this..it's worth doing!
No membership required at all. Just jump right in..Mostly we post what we eat..I like to post the times so that I make SURE I'm not drinking before a half hour is up..or longer if it's really dense protein. My problem lately has been that I have been too busy at work to do this properly and today I found out they blocked my outside email too..getting slightly miffed about it.
You can change your mind about the sagging skin..you worked really hard for it and should wear it like a badge of honor..Of course if it impedes your movement or causes smelly skin infections..get rid of it!
