Hate Monday..this was  a stressful day. I'm now sure that my hives are caused from stress. I had it nearly under control this morning but by the afternoon, I was scratching everywhere..I melted down twice, cried three times. Wanted to throw someone, anyone, through a window at least once..yikes!

No times mailed home..I didn't even keep track of the times..

5 - 24 oz containers of water
1 - 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
1 - 12 oz double espresso latte with 1/2 cup plain soy milk

all my vitamins but only half of my calcium..but I'll have more before I got to bed.

breakfast: waffle, strawberries, sf pancake syrup

snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

lunch: 1 can light tuna packed in water, 1 cup homemade cole slaw (I make the dressing with splenda rather than sugar..)

snack: 1 hard boiled egg

dinner: 4 oz grilled pork chop, 1/2 cup home made mashed potatoes (whole milk added, no butter), 2/3 cup chopped canned carrots cooked

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1155'
Fat: 47.7
Carbs: 68.1
Protein: 114.5

Could have done a whole lot worse..I think I might have some popcorn for my bedtime snack..or not. I'm just exhausted from the stress..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

 I'm sorry the day was so tough.  Your numbers look great by the way...I woke up and went into work with a bunch of anxiety too.  Noticed my hives were worse than normal.  Had a hypoglycemic reaction and decided to come home early.  Got into bed and took a 3 hour nap which is something I never do but I guess I needed.  It felt great.

Here is the food for today:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:  15 shrimp, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 21 sea salt soy crisp, 8oz cherries
16oz water and pm vitamins
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D:  Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup sauteed onions, seasoned ground turkey, fat free re-fried beans, 1/4 cup shredded cheese
20oz diet peach snapple
S: Supreme protein bar

Cals: 1696, Fat: 67, Carbs: 121, Protein: 123.5

Time for bed.  Hope you had a good night.  How much more til you get some serious time off???
