 Well better late than never...

Here is my food from yesterday:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseen and stevia
Iced venti sugar free 2% vanilla latte
L: 1 cup quinoa/chicken/cheese casserole with blackbeans, corn and salsa, nectarine
32oz diet peach snapple iced tea and pm vitamins
D: Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup sauteed onions/seasoned ground turkey/fat free re-fried beans, 1/4 cup cheese
S: 7oz fat free greek yogurt with cocoa powder, stevia and sugar free white chocolate syrup, sugar free greek yogurt chocolate cupcake

Cals: 1453, Fat: 55.5, Carbs: 107, Protein: 113

Not bad, I'll take it.  Have a good one, type at you tonight :)
