Busy again today..Super busy..and stressful! But at least I remembered to send my list home from work! WHEW..
My eats:
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 plum, SF pancake syrup
7:00 am 24 oz iced tea with splenda
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Lemon Honey Green Tea
10:30 am 4 oz chicken thigh from yesterday and 1 cup home made cole slaw (broccoli slaw)
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix without ice, non-caffeinated
1:30 pm 6 inch Black Forest Ham Subway with Swiss (yup, I know my totals will be full of carbs today!)
2:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
4:30 pm 1 plum
5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix without ice, non-caffeinated
6:30 pm 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese on a sandwich thin and with mayo.

Yup. I figured it would look like this..it's not horrible but it's the weekend. The stress at work has given me hives! So bad is the itching that I'm scratching my skin off..some spots I can't even stop the bleeding..ouch.
