Accountability - Thursday
I did it again. I forgot to send my list home..I kept track of my food good enough but didn't send the list of times home. My son had a job interview on line today..hoping he gets a job..Oldest daughter is dropping everything and moving from WA to TX..hoping she finds what she's looking for and doesn't come through here on her way..
My eats today:
coffee
breakfast: waffle, plum, sf pancake syrup
no espresso..too hot and miserable for that.
24 oz iced tea with splenda
1 oz mozzarella and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice, non-caffeinated
left overs: 2 oz ground beef burger patty and 1/2 slice processed cheese, 3 oz stewed chicken breast with alittle cooked potatoes
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
lunch: 4 oz hawaiian cooked chicken thigh meat. 1 cup salad greens with zesty italian dressing and 1/2 cup rice noodles - I passed on the dinner roll but had a bit of homemade pineapple ice cream..and it was really good.
24 oz dirnk mix with ice, caffeinated
1 hard boiled egg
24 oz drink mix with no ice (melted) non-caffeinated
dinner: 6" black forest ham sammich on flat bread from subway (too hot to cook!) and 1 slice swiss cheese
I'll have some more ice water before bed..don't wanna risk getting dehydrated!

Fat: 80.5
Carbs: 127.4
Protein: 131.5
Not bad at all. I'm okay with this list and these numbers cuz tomorrow is another day..And even though it's Friday the 13th, It's still FRIDAY! Woo Hoo.
