Wow..I was so busy today..It wasn't a bad day, just a really busy day. So many brush fires, I was walking around to different desks to look at problems..and it was 113 outside today. I decided I'd rather stay indoors and not go to Starbucks today..It was just too hot so I didn't go out. I also didn't send my list of times and foods home but I do have the whole list on fitday..

I took all my vitamins and had 6 containers of water..that's 24 oz more than my usual gallon.

My eats:

coffee w/NSA swiss miss

breakfast: waffle and nectarine with sf pancake syrup and butter buds

double espresso latte with plain soy milk

24 oz iced drink on the way to work. I found donut holes to buy for the girls at work and I ate exactly NONE of them..I wanted to celebrate and it's not about me eating to celebrate..

snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice, non-caffeinated

1 homemade protein bar, chocolate and peanut butter

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

lunch: 1 can water packed light tuna, 1 cup home made cole slaw from broccoli slaw, 1 T blue cheese dressing

24 oz drink mix with ice..not much ice but some. non-caffeinated

snack: 1 hard boiled egg

24 oz drink mix with no ice..all of it was melted, non-caffeinated

dinner: 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese food (not even real cheese!), on a sandwich thin

I don't think I'll have a dessert. I'm just too tired and my head hurts. I'm not sure if it's dehydration or if it's stress. I'll get an ice water and go to bed soon..it's not even dark yet!

Totals for hte day:
Calories: 1525
Fat: 75.9
Carbs: 87.7 (wow..that's one low number!)
Protein: 131.8 (wow..that's a HIGH number!)

all in all a perfect day for foods. I fed the troups at work, donut holes and got a bunch of walking in, in the sunshine..

How did you do?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Your numbers are great.  If I was there I would get you a Starbucks woman!  Happy belated surgaversery (I know I spelled it right the other day and today I can't - whatever).  You have helped me so much just by continuing to show up here and post.  It has made it okay to show up and post and then come back and post some more.  Being accountable on this board really works.

Here is my food:

32oz water and am vitamins

Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte

32oz water and pm vitamins
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte

Hi carb number - oh well, the worst place it came from was the breakfast sandwich.  I am not going to sweat that.  I can tell weight is coming off.  Not to sound wierd but my underwear feels like it was about to fall off yesterday.  I am going to have to chuck them and get a small size.  I like having that problem.  Have a good day.  Today my goal is to get at least one more bottle of water in and post my foood for tday in (it's really Thursday for me - I am late AGAIN) tonight.  And maybe spell correctly.

Thanks! I even got an email from OH hoping that I'm *giving back* to the OH community..I think so!

Time to buy new underwear..I remember we were going to Walmart when the weight started to really come off. I complained to hubby that I needed new shorts cuz mine were ready to fall off. He joked that he didn't see it. I stopped in the parking lot and grabbed the sides of my shorts, still zipped and buttoned and pulled them down to my knees..I even surprised myself!

Have a great day..Don't bake out in the heat. Here the temps last night actually got down to 86 degrees for a bit..now it's headed back over the century mark quickly..whew..another day I need to have ice cream in the fridge at work (sugar free of course!)
