5 day pouch test
It really works. I went on it almost 2 weeks ago and it helped start remembering how it feels to be full and satisfied. July 1, I started the 5DPT and then proceeded to start following Adkins. I have lost 14.2 pounds and am determined to get back to my goal weight by 3/9/13...my 7 yr anniversary for RNY. Try it!

I totally agree with KellyM. I'm 4 yrs out and back in February I had a check up - 21 pound regain. I was horrified, angry and embarrassed - after ALL the hard work. I made up my mind that day to go back to basics.
I lost the 21 pounds + an extra 3 in 8 weeks - starting out with the 5 Day Pouch Test and getting back into the gym on a regular basis (5 days a week) - and as of today, I'm 13 pounds under goal....
Try it - it does work.

Hi, the 5 day pouch test is a way to reset your pouch. I tried it and I've lost about 9 lbs and it got me back on track. It's only 5 days and I got through it without a problem. The first two days are liquids, then a day of soft protein, a day of firm protein, and back to solid protein. It got me back into the mindset. These are the liks. Good Luck!
