Accountabililty = Tuesday
No latte today..too hot..It was already over 80 degrees at 7am this morning..booo..it said 126 on the thermometer at noon..It quickly dropped to about 110 when the shade covered it but it was exciting while it lasted!
My eats:
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 small nectarine, SF pancake syrup
7:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice,
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
10:00 am 1 cup cherries raw
12:00 pm salad: 1 medium tomato, 1/3 cup canned green beans, a bit of onion, 4 oz chicken and 1 oz lite raspberry vinegrete.
12:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with just alittle ice, non-caffeinated
3:40 pm 1 cup cole slaw with the rest of my chicken and 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with no ice, non-caffeinated
7:30 pm 4 oz stewed chicken a bit of potatoes and a bit of carrots
8:15 pm a sugar free chocolate pudding fudgecicle..

Wow..I needed to eat a whole lot more than I did..but my percentage for protein is through the roof!
I did really good today. Tomorrow is my six year surgiversary and I still don't know what I want to do that is special..maybe nothing but still, I should celebrate somehow. Maybe go to Starbucks for lunch..yeah..that would do just fine!

Iced Venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 15 shrimp, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp mayo, 21 soy crisps, nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 6 oz chicken, 1/4 cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp jalapeno rancho dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, romaine lettuce, yellow pepper, 2 tbsp avacado, peppercinis, grated carrots, shredded red cabbage
S: Peanut butter and jelly protein bar
Cals: 1578, fat: 79, Carbs: 86, Protein: 130
Good deal. Ran around work in the heat like a freak. Could tell in the afternoon that I needed my water - was starting to get a headache, so I drank it. May need to drink another bottle today on top of what I normally drink.

Yeah, I decided that air conditioning at 75 degrees and eating in the lunch room was better than going to Starbucks in 113 degree heat..I also walked around between offices in the heat and it seemed like a much better idea to stay indoors where it was nice and cool..
Your numbers for Tuesday look like my numbers for Wednesday..I'm happy happy when I have numbers like that at least half the time. It's what I shoot for and sometimes I even hit those..Good job!
