What is your favorite? I need to get back to drinking shakes and it has been a long time since I bought protein powder so I have no idea what is new or improved. Thank you.

Try going to theworldaccordingtoeggface.com..she cooks with her protein powder. Also, I use soy protein baking powder that I get from netrition.com..it's called CarbThin..I make my waffles with it and have made protein pancakes too..oh, and protein bars with it. some really good recipes for using protein powder in baking.

Otherwise, the protein powder you like might not be the same as what I like. I always recommend going to vitamin shoppe where they will give you store credit for a tub that is less than half used (at least that was the rule some years back) if you cant' stand it after trying it.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

In the 9 years since my surger I have tried them all and absolutely love Body by Vi shakes.  They are less than $2 per shake and taste amazing and the nutrition in them is exactly what Gastric Bypass patients need.  http://eliznatl.myvi.net/

Message me and I can send you a sample if you like! :)

After lots of trial and yucky errors, I found Unjury.com. I love their chocolate powder. It actually tastes good!  Good luck
