Monday. I worked 1 hr late for comp time. No overtime left but I'm still hopeful that we'll have the money for vacation..as a matter of fact, we may even have Dexter's project car sold too! One of the girls at work wants her car back from her daughter and wants her daughter to buy our car..Nice!

My eats:

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 small nectarine, SF pancake syrup

6:30 am double espresso latte

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

10:30 am 1/2 egg burrito with no hashed browns

11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with the left over ice, non-caffeinated

2:00 pm 1 cup chicken pot pie from home

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

4:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg

5:30 pm 24 oz drink mix without ice (melted) non-caffeinated

7:00 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1/3 cup green beans, 1/2 small baked potato

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1742
Fat: 93.4
Carbs: 115.3
Protein: 113.3

Still, not bad. It could have been better with the carbs but the protein nearly made it to the carb number..

 I love home things keep coming your way to get you to the money you need for your vacation fund.  It makes me feel very hopeful.  Today was okay...no big deals, no major dramas.  

Here is my food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1 slice protein bread, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 2 thing slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup quinoa/chicken cheese casserole with black beans, salsa and corn
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup seasoned ground turkey/fat free refried beans/sauteed onions, 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese, sugar free devil's food cupcake made with greek yogurt
S: 2.25oz pumpkin seeds
16oz diet peach snapple iced tea

Cals: 1658, Fat: 93, Carbs: 82, Protein: 130

The cupcakes were AMAZING.  Very moist and delicious and totally not needing frosting.  My husband even loved them.  Good like not obsessive must EAT ALL OF THEM good, but clean satisfying good.  YAY!  Anyway, time for bed.  Congrats on the potential sale of the car.  I hope it goes through.  I am hoping on money and good vacation times for you!
