accountability - Saturday
Well, not really accountability but I do have my food list..no numbers cuz I haven't looked up the Jack in the Box Breakfast Burrito..askeerd to do that. The afternoon was spent recovering from being out in that heat with our 2nd garage sale..didn't make as much money at all but the stack of things I have to cart back and forth is getting much smaller! $25 added today to the *fund* and it's at $288..not bad.
My eats today:
coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
waffle with peanut butter and sf imm honey
24 oz iced coffee w/ soy milk and splenda
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated (in the sunshine..getting hot!)
Jack in the Box burrito
24 oz drink mix with ice, metabolism blend..non-caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with ice, non caffeinated
at home: peanutbutter and chocolate protein bar
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
I got the replacement lid for my espresso machine so double espresso latte YUM
lunch: 1 cup chicken pot pie
24 oz iced coffee with soy milk
Dinner: 1/4 lb burger patty (before cooking..after cooking that thing shrank to 2.5 oz..wow..) on a sandwich thin with processed cheese and brown mustard and a bit of bbq sauce..
I'm done for the day other than maybe somemore water..that sun really took it out of me. It's not even hot yet! Only 91 or 92 degrees today so we're not even to the hot stuff yet.
How did you do? I think I did alright, all things considered. alittle laundry, alittle housework. I didn't take a nap but that's alright. There's still tomorrow!

Yay for the growing vacation fund! It doesn't seem like you ate hardly anything at all woman! I myself had an amazingly lasy day which I thoroughly enjoyed. My husband has been in Irvine today photographing a rock show and I have been doing a little cleaning, talking on the phone, watching TV and getting some meals ready for next week. I have really enjoyed being on my own today:

B: 1 slice protein bread, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup 2% cottage cheese, 28 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 3/4 flatout flat bread, 4 oz b/s chicken thigh, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch, 2 tbsp salsa, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, 1/4 avacado, bell pepper, peppercinis, shredded carrots, red cabbage
S: peanut butter and jelly protein bar
Cal: 1691, Fat: 91, Carb: 74, Protein: 129.5
I am full right now and ready for bed. Going to just veg in mylazy boy until I fall asleep. I love the weekends! Have a good night :D

We just got an update..a friend who has a son in Boise is going to give us $300 to take his jet skies to his son for him..that will get us to Boise for sure..so the $500 that I'll have after I get the overtime hours and mileage check and after I make a deal with the court on my cell phone ticket (I want to do community service for that) may just get us all the way up there and back..YAY.
