Crawling back
Hi everyone,
Well I'm a little over 2 years out. Thought I had it all figured out. My weight has been creeping up the last 6 months or so. I have gained 9 lbs. putting me at 181 from my all time low of about 172. I recently started tracking my food again. I eat 1200-1500 cals a day. I eat about 70 g protein a day on average. I walk 2-3 miles a day. I do not eat junk food. Probably just too much of the good stuff. I feel like I'm doing everything right most of the time and am starting to feel its just like before my surgery...no matter what I did it didn't seem to matter. I am frustrated and discouraged but I refused to give up. Can you help me get back on track? Ideas to jump start me going the other direction? I cannot believe this has happened. I swore it never would.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you sure it's gain? Are you sure you haven't put any muscle on? I mean it's okay to get back to basics and stuff.
How are your clothes fitting? Getting tighter?'
I've also put on 9 pounds in the last couple years but my clothes aren't any tighter. I have to have put on muscle..I've been doing more physical stuff..it's all my mind that is making that number on the scale bother me..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
