Accountability - Monday
Not a pleasant start to the day..first I forgot to put the carafe under the espresso machine and after cleaning that up and starting again the lid blew off of it..cracked it! So now my espresso machine is down until I can get another pressure top for it..Already ordered one on ebay..$8.90..I can't be without my espresso..that's just not even an option! If today was any indication, the espresso machine will be SORELY missed until I get that lid on the 7th..wow..what a holy (well, unholy) mess I have at work..I had to put myself in time out before I went OFF on people! They really pushed my buttons and on top of all that, I could have used those 6 overtime hours had they told me I was gonna lose out on them by the 30th..THAT just cost me $240 I could have used to 1) pay my speeding ticket or 2) go on vacation..I'm really angry over that one!

5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 24 cherries, SF pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda
8:00 am 1 hard boiled egg
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Metabolism Peach Mango
11:00 am 1/2 egg burrito without hashed browns
12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix without ice, Crystal Light Lemon Ice Tea
3:15 pm salad: 1 can light tuna water packed/drained, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomato, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix, caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix,
6:00 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1/4 cup scalloped potatoes (I even had a wine cooler!)
I could eat more but I don't really feel like it..I have a horrible headache! argh..it's stress, I know it is..

Not bad..actually pretty bad for eating. I fell short cuz of the stress. It looks like I'm going to be sick tomorrow since I'll have to take a pain pill for this headache tonight..ouch.

I'm sorry about your days. It sounds like it was one of those "when it rains it pours" kinds of days. My day was okay. No big deals except the hives I have been getting appear to be stress. I have been getting them for the last several weeks. I never had them before (probably because I buried my stress in buckets of Kentucky Fried). Oh well, Claritin seems to be working for now and I am learning how to deal with the stress a little better...

B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 6oz chicken, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch dressing, 2 tbsp salsa, spinach, carrots, red peppers, green peas
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 2 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices ham, 1 slice cheddar, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: 2.25oz pumpkin seeds
Cals: 1604, Fat: 74.5, Carb: 85.5, Pro: 120
Weighed myself today and was at 193, down 3 pounds from last week. Pretty happy about that. Get some sleep. You need it...

3 pounds down! That's awesome..I love when what you're doing works..It's so encouraging to be able to see results. I'll be better when the stress calms down. I have hives and several spots that are broken out..itchy! It is stress cuz that's where the headache came from too.
Before surgery, I'd have drown my stress in sugar..I might have eaten a dozen maple bar donuts or something..or a loaf of banana bread slathered with a stick of butter..I used to eat like a giant pig when I was stressed(yup, I was a giant pig!)..after surgery, I was so afraid to eat when I got stressed and lose control that I would refuse to eat at all..I would fast for a couple days just because I wanted to be SURE I was in control, even though my feelings were falling all apart inside.
I'm better now but I tend to blow up and run my mouth. I did that yesterday outside the building door, after my work shift was over..I do believe that I have the right to free speech after my work day is through so if I do get talked to over what was said, I can remind them I was off work at the time.
