 Hey lookit me.  I got here on time!  Yay.  Good Lord I am glad this day is over.  Gonna kick back, read some gossip mags and watch the Housewives on TV.  Ahhh...

Here is the food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1 slice protein bread, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 2 thin slices of ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:  4oz b/s/ chicken thighs, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch, 2 tbsp salsa, spinach, carrots, green peas, red pepper, peppercinis
32oz water and pm vitamins
D:  Flaotout flatbread, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans/seasoned ground turkey/sauteed onions, 1/4 cup grated cheese
S:  Supreme protein bar

Cals: 1617.5, Fat: 76, Carbs: 67, Protein: 128

Good numbers, good food, feel good in bod.  Win, win, win!  How did you do?

I've hit the ground running so much this week! I'm going to collapse! They were all over me today..I had a meeting at 3 pm and I was so frustrated I fell apart at the meeting..tears and all. This year end is gonna kill me! I told them I can retire any time..

My eats:

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:15 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 small nectarine, SF pancake syrup

6:45 am double espresso latte

7:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light lemon iced tea

8:00 am 1 slice cucumber and 1 slice turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Focus (yeah, that's what I need!

11:00 am 1/2 a small cucumber dipped in sour cream laced with garlic salt..and some spices, I should have left out of there! whew!

12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, I forget what flavor but it was *focus* again..I really need it!

1:30 pm 3 oz steak, 1 cup cole slaw and 1/2 ear corn on the cob

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, some flavor .. I can't even remember!

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix wiht ice..

6:00 pm single portion of a chicken pot pie (homemade)

7:00 pm 1 small sugar free fudgecicle..actually banana cream

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1343
Fat: 71.4
Carbs: 105.8
Protein: 79.5

Not enough protein. I went with the numbers on fitday for the pot pie but it was more protein and less carbs than they have, I'm sure..cuz I used all chicken breast..the good stuff. whatever..I'll go with their numbers. I'm too tired to argue

 This is the one I eat but there are others.  It is a little pricey but I have been eating this or the Smart Carb #1 & #2 from the gate and love it.

Dawn, I am sorry you had a tough time at work.  Hang in there.  One more day and you have two days with your family to do whatever you want!
