Hey!  I vote you call in.  Spend the day in bed, watch mindless TV.  Stay in your jammies.  Turn the AC up and pretend it is the middle of winter.  God that sounds like a slice of heaven right now.  I am trying to figure out a way to take next Thursday and Friday off but with work the way it is I don't see it happening.

Here is my food:

32oz water and am vitamins

Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:  1 cup quinoa/ham/cheese casserole

Iced grande sugar free vanilla 2% latte

Was in a crap mood by yesterday afternoon, had to be talked down off the ledge, got to a meeting and was okay afterward.  I am so looking forward tothis weekend.  I have no plans, we're not going out of town so I can just relax and do some things I want to do.

LOL..Ido this to myself..I thought about calling in sick today but then I realized, I left a check for $30,000 on my desk (hidden of course) to process down to deposit and if I call in sick, it won't get done or maybe found and questioned..

I am my father's daughter..I don't think that man called in sick in 30 years of working for Rockwell..I . just . can't . do it..but if I really think I'm not feeling well, then, I can pick up that phone. until that time, I'll drag my exhausted ass to work and make myself sick..Say! There's a cheery thought. LOL.

We've got $200 gathered for the vacation..and maybe $100 more this weekend..moving right along.

You did great

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!  Here's to the additional $100!!!  thanks for the encouragement.  I feel pretty good about it.  I am noticing that my fat is staying down and my protein is staying up.  My carbs are meh but they are good carbs, and I am even going to eat some vegetables today...Your a good example to follow!
