Barbecue at work today..smelling all that yummy stuff has me hungrier than normal..I ate part of a snack to hold me over! The man who was suppose to come and get the rooftiles has not called. I'm afraid he's flaked out..but one good thing..hubby found two rolls of copper tubing that may get us $150 for scrap costs..yay for that! One of the girls at work may have a use for those rooftiles too..we'll see. There is still hope.

My eats:

5:15 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 1 small nectarine, SF pancake syrup

6:15 am double espresso latte

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda

8:00 am 1 oz jack cheese and 1 slice turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Propel Berry with no coloring and no caffeine

10:30 am salisbury steak, part of a baked potato and some canned peas

11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

12:30 pm 3 small corn tortillas, 6 oz grilled/broiled beef steak and assorted toppings..I ate a tiny small bite of cole slaw but when I discovered it had almond slivers in it..I stopped quickly..only got blistered tongue but at least I didn't eat any more than that or I'd have been in trouble

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice Hawaiian Punch Orange

4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice left.

dinner: 3.5 oz steak (boy, I'm sure tired of steak) and 1/3 small baked potato with margarine

dessert: 1 sugar free short bread cookie with 1 Tablespoon peanut butter

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1780
Fat: 95.3
Carbs: 116.9
Protein: 122.3

Not too shabby..I'm happy with that..tomorrow though..I'm thinking CHICKEN..yup..chicken.

Hey!  The day went well.  Not too out of control, everything pretty manageable.

Here is the food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2 % latte
L:  1 cup quinoa, chicken, black bean, corn, salsa, greek yogurt, cheese casserole
32oz water and pm vitamins
D:  2 slices protein brea, 3 thin slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S:  Supreme Protein Bar

Cals: 1682, Fat: 64, Carbs: 95.5, Protein: 127
