No numbers today but I did okay..We went to church but mostly came home to watch the Nascar race and lay around the house..I did vacuum and did wash sheets and bedding but it's still a lazy day.

typical start for the day:

coffee with NSA Swiss Miss

protein waffle and cherries (the last of those) and sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, non-caffeinated

1/2 breakfast burrito with no hashed browns

no lunch

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

double espresso latte, vanilla splenda (not that great..vanilla bean espresso coffee..meh)

coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

By this time I've had about 1100 calories, 87 protein, 77 or more carbs

dinner:

Large stuffed tomatoes. I modified the recipe, turkey burger meat cooked, the tomato innards, a 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and parm cheese..I have no idea what the stats are on these things..figure I did alright, not awesome but it's sunday and the start of another work week is just around the corner..

Hey.  It was not a lay around day the way I wanted it to be.  The weekend came and went way too fast.  I want a do over.

Here is the food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
16oz water and pm vitamins
16oz diet peach snapple
L:  3 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices deli ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
20-32oz diet snapple
S:  Oh Yeah! Choco Carmel Nut Protein Bar
D:  Flatout Flat Brea, 1/4 cup roasted garlic alfredo sauce, 2 slices havarti, italian sausage

Cals: 1968, fat: 90.5, Carbs: 98.5, Protein: 141

Numbers really high, totally could have done without the protein bar which was almost 400 calories, but was very restless, irritable and discontent.  Not a happy camper type of day yesterday and honestly I couldn't have told you what was wrong.  I was just off.  Anyway, it's done.  Don't worry about your review - I have a feeling your the kind of person anyone would kill to have working for them.  I am certain your going to come through it with flying colors!

I want a do over too..I barely opened my eyes this morning at 5 am and just did NOT want to get out of bed..I finally got out of bed at 5:45. I had all my stuff gathered last night so it is just a matter of packing it up, drinking my coffee and waking up but still..I'd much rather go back to bed!

I have off days like that. I noticed that hubby and I get into arguments on Sunday afternoon. I attribute them to the fact that I have to go back to work and we're both grouchy because of it..I can do better with my mood if I remember that most of the time.

I agree on the protein bars! sometimes I weigh eating one of those and think about the numbers and just have some more water.

Do you grind up your flax seed? I put flax seed in my waffles. I buy the seeds and grind up 2Tablespoons for my four waffle recipe..lots of great fiber and B vitamins in that stuff!

Happy Monday to you! (yeah, right...grumble grumble) LOL.
