Better late than never.  Saturday turned out going well although I woke up Saturday morning feeling like I wanted to make aplan to eat everything.  Instead I made a plan to eat what I pretty much always eat and once that plan was made I was good to enjoy the day.

Here is the food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage chees, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
33.8 oz water
L:  5oz tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp cream cheese, slice red onion, 21 sea salt soy crisps
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
S:  Pure Protein Choco Delux Protein Bar
D:  2 slices protein bread, 3 thin sliced deli ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese

Cals: 1692, Fat: 83.5, Carbs: 99.5, Protein: 108

Better than me! I didn't keep track of my numbers at all Saturday. we went into town to have the garage sale (sans the garage..on a vacant lot across from the grocery store) from 8 am to 11 am and actually made $65 for the day. If the man comes through for the rooftiles, we'll have $265 this week! Next weekend, I dug a giant box of fireworks out of the closet that we were going to fire off at New Years and I think I can make $50 on those! We'll see what we can do to make the money for vacation..I love a challenge.

Saturdays eats:

My normal day start:

coffee

protein waffle and cherries and sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

second breakfast hubby walked over to Jack in the Box and got a breakfast burrito (bogo coupon so we both got them) and I had two containers of water

later I didn't have a lunch but had a hard boiled egg and then

dinner: at a friends' house. a small glass of wine, a pork rib, cole slaw and a slice of garlic toast..oh, and a medium sized bite of a lovely strawberry short cake with blueberries too. I didn't want any but didn't want to insult the cook. I had a bite of hubbies..and it was yummy!
