Accountability - Thursday
Another busy day..but I did call around to see if someone wanted those lousy rooftiles..and my daughter asked if she could hitch a ride to Montana for the family gathering..offered to split the gas..I have to laugh! 22 years ago Holly (my daughter) and I escaped to Montana on a road trip..it would be really cute and nostagic if she and I went on vacation and left the boys at home! and we can travel pretty darn cheap cuz we won't be stopping to eat..pack a cooler and we're good to go! it's an option!
My eats today - again I didn't have even a minute to put my meals into a list with times..but I did get in all my water and all my protein..'

waffle with cherries and sf pancake syrup..I even saved some of them for in my sf pudding later
double espresso latte with plain soy milk
24 oz drink mix..no tea cuz it was too hot this morning.
1 oz jack cheese and 1 slice turkey breast deli meat
24 oz drink mix with ice non-caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with ice non-caffeinated
1 can tuna, 2 cups lettuce, 1/2 small cucumber, 1 small tomato, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
1 sf pudding cup with cherries..yum
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
added the rest of the water from the bottle to the left over ice..
dinner: 1/3 lb lean ground beef burger with processed cheese on a sandwich thin.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1293
Fat: 60.1
Carbs: 87.0
Protein: 112.1
Not bad..I'll take it..

Your numbers are great! The trip with your daughter sounds like it would be fun. I feel like I need to get away. In the last three days I have almost gotten into three car accidents, two on the freeway all would have been my fault, all from not paying attention. I feel like its just from being way too stressed out. It is not like me to do this. Saturday we are going to go out of town to see my newphew play in his first All-Star little leaque game. Sunday I am going to just chill out.

B: 2 slices protein brean, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jelly
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
Part skim milk string cheese stick - I got a hypoglycemic attack, had to get some protein
L: 1 cup quinoa, cheese, ham casserole
32oz water andpm vitamins
S: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
D: Flatout Flat bread, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans/seasond ground turkey/sauteed onions, 1/4 cup cheese
Cals: 1582, Fat: 67, Carbs: 107, Protein: 112 (doesn't include the cheese stick)
All in all good. As I have said before I am very happy with my food and my stats. I feel like it is reasonable. I think the most that needs to change is adding more veggies and fruits. Otherwise I am good.
