Another day of not having the time to even pay attention..sheesh..I'm running in several different directions at the same time and made a whopper of a mistake today..hopefully I can fix it. If not, I haven't got the energy to figure out how to fix it..argh..

In other news, I'm going to really try hard to get the money together to take vacation. I have overtime money and mileage money coming..all that will go into the kitty..I'm going to do this!

eats:

coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss that I make myself with splenda

1/4 protein waffle with a nectarine and sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte with plain soy milk

24 oz herb tea with splenda

1 oz jack cheese and 1 oz turkey breast deli meat

24 oz water with crystal light drink mix..non-caffeinated

1/2 egg burrito without hashed browns..from the weekend

24 oz water with crystal light drink mix caffeinated

24 oz water with wylers drink mix, lemonade/ice tea
 
1 hard boiled egg

24 oz water wth Hawaiian Punch drink mix, Orange

dinner: 4 oz steak, broiled, 1/2 baked potato, 1/2 cup canned peas

I'll probably have another container of water..

totals for the day: 
Calories: 1349
Fat: 67.8
Carbs: 94.5
Protein: 95.3

I could have done better..I am sure of that..but I'm tired..and done for the day..much to do!

Tomorrow I'll be calling some roofing companies to see if they want to buy some rooftiles..Those have to go before we can leave!

 When I read your post about the vacation I thought of those TV commercials where the people were finally going to use their vacation time...Go on that vacation woman!!!!  And get rid of those tiles!  I am going to be sending good thoughts your way that you get whatever it is you need to get away and rest, relax and have some fun!

Good day today.  I am having some success with dealing with the maniacal pace of the work load and not completely losing it.  I just keep doing the next thing in front of me and miracously things are getting done.

Here is the food:

320z water and am vitamins
B:  2 slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:  1 cup white chicekn chili with hominy and roasted tomatoes
32oz water and pm vitamins
Iced grande sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D:  1 cup 2% cottage cheese, 28 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, stevia

Cals: 1463,  Fat: 58,  Carbs: 106,  Protein: 112

Thats all she wrote.  Going to bed and get some sleep.  Have a good night sleep and see you tomorrow!

 Hi, sorry it took so long to respond.  I get it from Julian Bakery.  Expensive, but as far as I am concerned worth it.  I have been using it since the beginning and love it.

My workload is driving me batty! I'm losing my mind from it. I figure there are four desks being covered by two of us..while one of us has help for one desk..drives me CRAZY..
