Does anyone know of any foods that are all of the below:
Low Carb
Sugar Free
Fat Free
High Protein
High Fiber

I would like to find something that fits all categories.  LOL - no seriously.

I bake my own stuff but fat free is not good.
I can do a lot - but never ask me to do fat free. Fat is yummy. Butter is good.

One item that comes to mind - is whey protein isolate. Or egg white proteins.  Then you mix that with water - and you may end up with FF , SF low carb (or no carb) proteins drink.

chicken breast - or turkey breast - is virtually fat free (cook in water - with no skin and all fat removed).
You can make FF low carb meal: use chicken - low carb veggies - some chicken stock, mushrooms, - in crock pot - you get a really low carb, no sugar, almost FF meal.
IMO _ you can cut sugar and carbs or you can cut fat - but cutting both - your body will not like you very much. You can add benefiber to any drink - fiber=carbs so you will increase the carb in the drink.
Isopure clear protein drinks - meets all the criteria.

I have not seen the Isopure clear protein drinks.  Do you know where I can purchase them?

Thanks for the advice and food recommendations.  I just seem to have lost track of all the healthy food we are supposed to eat.  I really do like fats - probably too much - LOL.

vitaminshoppe.com
netriition.com
liuckyvitamins.com
vitacost.com

My fav when isolate protein is About Time Whey (google them)
The egg white - pure proteins - is the MRM egg white proteins. Or the NOW brand - plain egg white protein (no additives)
I use the powder in shakes, or in protein baking, or in yogurt (I use Greek, no sugar added) and so on.

I et a lots of meat and lots of non-starchy veggies.

I eat stuff like this all the time..Instead of spaghetti with meat sauce, I have a burger patty slathered in spaghetti sauce over shredded and steamed cabbage.

I bake up chicken breasts and strip it down, chop it, pack it in snack sized bags (4 oz each and freeze it) and put that on a bed of romaine lettuce with tomatoes or spinach with cucumber and some full fat dressings..by the time my lunch time comes around, it's ready to eat.

I can also do the same thing with a nice can of tuna instead of the chicken breast.

A sammich made of turkey pastrami, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves instead of bread. In fact, lettuce wraps are really good. splurge on the lettuce and get romaine hearts..yummy..or raw spinach..great stuff.

I also make sugar free baked goods with protein powder. Protein waffles are one of my favorites (2 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup soy milk (plain, not vanilla), 1 scoop soy protein baking mix and 1/3 cup carbquick low carb biscuit mix)..that makes 4 waffles. the worldaccordingtoeggface.com has a BUNCH of protein recipes for protein ice cream, protein mini cakes (made in a cup in the microwave) and such..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Thank you so much!   These are great ideas.  Like I said in a previous reply, my head has seemed to stop thinking about what is good and healthy with protein.  It is rebelling.  LOL  I will try the protein waffles.  I saw in your posts that you eat them a lot and wondered how you make them.  Thanks again.

netrition.com is the best place I've found..I usually stock up on sugar free syrups at the same time too.
