I didn't do a blessed thing on Saturday..I woke up late, decided it was too hot to go into town and didn't want to go shopping so I didn't..I did clean the bathrooms and the litter boxes and did 2 small loads of laundry..that to me is a lazy day. I spent the whole day on the computer doing genealogy research..I also didn't keep track of my numbers..not at all.

Saturdays eats

coffee
waffles and peanut butter

a sandwich on black rye made with turkey pastrami, processed american cheese and spicy brown mustard

double espresso latte

dinner was corned beef and cabbage, cooked carrots, cooked corn on the cob and cooked potatoes
water (I drank a TON of water today..plenty of ice)

Sunday I felt like I had things to do but all that went out the window as we were driving out the driveway to go to church and saw the dogs (well, two of them) barking under the rooftiles..where was the beagle? buried under the rooftiles..stuck. So in the hot sun (90 degrees), I crawled, dug, coaxed, pleaded..dug some more..and finally got her out. and then when she got out she put her nose down another hole..I tripped over the pallets and hit my head on some rooftiles and nearly knocked myself out! sigh..I was ruined! I have a lump on my head and I didn't recover from the effort of all that digging until about 12:30..we did go out to breakfast but I felt nauseous for quite a while..I've been nursing water all day to try and get re-hydrated..sheesh..my life needs to reject the stupid drama! 

Sunday eats

coffee
waffle with small peach and sf syrup and butter buds
double espresso latte
water with flavor packet (before we were leaving)
water with ice but sipped slowly..took me an hour to feel better before we could leave the house
1/2 egg burrito without hashed browns. no coffee - water maybe a cup
iced tea with splenda

sandwich on a sandwich thin, corned beef, colby jack cheese and spicy brown mustard
iced tea with splenda
1.5 oz chicken breast, baked (I baked up two boneless skinless breasts for salads, put up in snack bags and weighed at 4 oz each..they're ready for the week)
1/3 lb burger (really lean 4% fat) on a sandwich thin with processed cheese and spicy mustard and mayo
more iced drinks are needed and I will have them too.

If I don't feel 100% by tomorrow morning, I'll be staying home! I promise. I'm whipped completely. just knocked me out today. I know what I have to do. I have to move that giant stack of roof tiles to somewhere they haven't dug and fill in the tunnels under there. that will require working on it in the evenings. maybe I can get my son to help me! I thank God that I had the strength to rescue her and thank God that the whole stack didn't collapse on her.

That's my eats for the weekend. the stress of last week had me drop 3-4 lbs on the scale. I hate to admit that I'm happy about that. I don't like the stress but do like the weight effect. I think I'll probably sleep pretty well tonight.

 Man you need more rest.  I am glad you did nothing on Saturday.  You need it.  I had a pretty good weekend.  We were out of town Saturday and Sunday which is why I am not posting until now for yesterday.  I am glad I planned because things went well.  I had a little blood sugar issue this afternoon but overall everything went well.  Right now I am pretty tired.  The hotel we stayed in had a horrible bed so I didn't sleep all that well.

Here is my food for Saturday and Sunday:

Saturday:
32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2tbsp golden ground flaxseed and stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:   2 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices deli ham, 1 slice Havarti, 2 tbsp cream cheese
32oz water and pm vitamins
S:  Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
D:  1 pita, 4 oz chicken, 1 tbsp hummus, 3 tbsp garlic paste, little bit of chopped tomatoes

Cals:  1602,  Fat:  66.5,  Carbs:  118.5,  Proteins:  115

Sunday:
32oz water and am vitamins
B:  Starbucks reduced fat, turkey bacon, egg white, whole wheat english muffin breakfast sandwich
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:   
1 pita, 4 oz chicken, 1 tbsp hummus, 3 tbsp garlic paste, little bit of chopped tomatoes
32oz water and pm vitamins
S:  Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
D:  Flatout flat bread, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans/seasoned ground turkey/sautéed onions, 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cals:  1544,  Fat:  64,  Carbs:  127,  Proteins:  108

I will type at you Monday.  Please rest.  Don't touch those tiles tomorrow.  If the dogs get stuck let you son and husband deal with it...
