Accountability - Friday
FINALLY..what a long day..the end of a really long week..I woke up with back pains this morning..it was like a horrible spasm right where my right kidney is located..something said kidney infection to me so when I got up I ground up a cup of cranberries that I had frozen..but that didn't seem to make much of a difference in the spasms or the pain..ouch. I suffered with it for several hours cuz I really needed to be at work with us so short handed (7 person office down to 3..) so after lunch I finally decided to head to urgent care..wellmeaning friends are concerned about my health so much so they bugged me most of the day.
Turns out it was nothing more than a muscular spasm..the doctor just re-assured me that what I thought was what she thought too. So, a good night sleep with some pain pills and I'll be fine.
my eats today (again I didn't send my list home..I actually made the list but didn't send it!)

1/4 protein waffle and sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte
24 oz herb tea with splenda
24 oz water with ice, no flavor (thinking it's kidneys made me think no flavor)
small stuffed bell pepper - no rice..low carb
24 oz water with ice, again, no flavor
24 oz water with ice, no flavor
salad: 4 oz corned beef, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 medium tomato, 1 oz balsamic viniagrete
24 oz water with no ice, Wyler's lemonade/ice tea
1 hard boiled egg
24 oz water with no ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
Dinner: pork chop and 1/2 small baked potato
sugar free wafer cookies

Fat: 74.7
Carbs: 83.6
Protein: 108.2

Sorry I am late. I was so tired by the time I got a space to post I just couldn't I had to get to sleep. I hope you rest this weekend. It sounds like you really need it. Way too much stress woman. I am heading out of town. Taking a beading class while my husband goes to a music festival in Pasadena. I am so excited. I may not post today's food (Saturday****il Sunday, but I will post it:

B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2tbsp golden ground flaxseed and stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup quinoa, cheese, ham and roasted red pepper casserole
32oz water and pm vitamins
S: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
D: 2 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices deli ham, 1 slice Havarti, 2 tbsp cream cheese
Cals: 1568, Fat: 60.5, Carbs: 113.5, Proteins: 115
I have my food planned out for today (Saturday) and Sunday. Usually going away meant food free for all. Not the case. I am really wanting to have some peace and sanity with my eating and food. The planning really helps with that. So there you have it. Here is to a restful weekend for both of us. Sounds like we both need it.

Apparently the pain over my kidney was suppose to be a wake up call for the stress. this morning (Saturday) no pain at all..I really need to just step back and take some breathing room when I get that stressed..I like to say they're putting pressure on a vessel that was completely cracked to begin with..LOL.
