I'm just so glad it's friday tomorrow..it's been a really long week..and for all the stress I've actually lost four pounds..that's what stress does to me...

my eats for the day:

coffee

breakfast = waffles, nectarine and sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz herb tea

1 oz monterey jack cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated

1 hard boiled egg

24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

lunch: 4 oz chicken breast stewed, 3 cooked carrots (well, most of it..)

24 oz iced coffee with splenda and creamer

the rest of my lunch

24 oz drink mix with no ice, non-caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with no ice, non-caffeinated

dinner: a 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese and on a sandwich thin

totals for the day: 
Calories: 1419
Fat: 71.4
Carbs: 86.9
Protein: 115.2

All good numbers. I'm just not able to deal with the ineptitude of people today. I've reached the end of my tolerance..sigh..

 I feel like you and I have been on the same wavelength this week.  I was signing in to type in my food for the day and all I could think is how glad I am that its Friday tomorrow.  I have eeb wiped out all day.  I got cussed out by one of the people I work with and it shocked and upset me and I did really well in telling her I was hanging up the phone after she did it and then staying away from her.  I am not sure what I will do with it tomorrow.  I feel like everything is getting on my nerves tonight.  EVERYTHING.  Oh well.  I am going to finish this, take the last of my meds and go to sleep.  Ahhh...sleep...

Food for today:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage chees, 14 almons, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed and stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:  15 shrimp, 1 tbsp onion/chive cream chees, 1 tbsp mayo, 21 soy crisps
32oz water and pm vitamins
S:  Pure Protein Choc Deluxe Bar
D:  Flatout Flatbread, 6 oz chicken breast, spinach/shredded carrots/cabbage, red onion/peppers, perppercinis, 1/4 grated cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch, 2 tbsp salsa

Cals:  1545, Fat:  72.5, Carbs:  87, Protein:  141 (WOW)

For SURE..thank God it's Friday..I actually went back to work after going to urgent care..why? Cuz I have a new boss and somehow don't want her to think I'm a gold brick..sheesh..
