Accontability - Tuesday
Another day another couple of dollars! Actually not a bad day considering after eating that spaghetti last night I woke up at 1:30 am completely starving! I knew it was the carbs...So I got up and made coffee (but didn't drink any) and made my lunch (the one I didn't eat today either!) and ate 6 cherries..then I could sleep and slept till just before 5 am..
My eats:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, SF pancake syrup
6:00 am double espresso latte
6:45 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda (Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride..yum!)
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc chicken deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
10:00 am hot dog wrapped in processed cheese
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with no ice, caffeinated
12:00 pm 4 oz cooked steak
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with no ice, Wyler's Half tea half lemonade
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry watermelon
5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Metabolism Crystal Light Peach Mango
6:30 pm 1 low carb stuffed bell pepper and 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

So the hunger has to do with carbs? I was hungry for a couple of days when I first started coming back around but it has gotten much better. I am hungry right now as I type this but thats because I haven't eaten dinner yet and its time to be hungry (its cooking).
Sorry you didn't get a solid night's sleep. I hope you do tonight. Work went better today than yesterday. Still insanely busy, but was able to laugh at it more. Went to the Overeater's Anonymous meeting tonight and am so grateful I went. It feels good to be able to go there. Also I did my weekly weigh-in this morning. Not exactly thrilled with what the scale said, but I am thrilled with what I am putting in my body. I think I am eating the right things in the right amounts, so I will just wait and see (no pun intended).

B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed and Stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup quinoa, cheese, ham and roasted red pepper casserole

Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
16oz diet peach snapple
D: Whole Wheat Flatout Flatbread, 1/2 cup fat free refried beans/seasoned ground turkey/sauteed onions, 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Cals: 1535, Fat: 66, Carbs: 111, Protein: 111 Weight this am: 200.4

Maybe I over think things but that seems to be the case with me. I find that the more I snack on carby food, the more I WANT the carby food and the more my stomach lets me know that it's empty sooner..carbs do some pretty strange things to me, including the gas. Omlord! carbs like bread or pasta or rice cause the worst noxious gas in me..
