Accountability Monday
Well hello. What a day. I walked into work and it was like all hell broke loose. I really wanted nothing more than to run away. I stayed. And stuck to my plan. I am glad to be home. All that is left to do is eat dinner and drink a little diet peach snapple. Going to work on a beading project and chill.
I hope you are taking care of yourself and not working too hard. I know you went in early today.
Here is my food for the day:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed and 1 packet Stevia
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 9 shrimp, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp mayo, little bermuda onion, 21 soy crisps, 1 cup cherries

S: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Protein Bar
D: 2 slices protein bread, 3 slices thin sliced ham, 1 slice havarti, 2 tbsp cream cheese
16oz diet peach snapple
Cals: 1507, Fats: 52, Carbs: 115.5, Protein: 115
Going to have to stop taking my daily enzyme supplements. Been getting a nasty rash breakout every morning that dissappears within 4 hours. My doctor thinks it is the enzyme which I started taking a couple of weeks before the rash started. I thnk he might be right. Hopefully that is it. This rash is really bugging me. Otherwise everything is good. I hope your good, taking care of yourself and getting rest.

Oh Lord, I can feel your pain..What a day I had here as well! I'm still not impressed with the new boss. I just don't trust her yet! So training went well, she watched me the entire time, I'm hoping she liked how I handle my people at the school sites! I do my best with what I'm given and I know that my job is entirely to support the school site staff..that's why I have a job at all! I didn't have time to process the foods I ate and the times but I did keep track. I worked an hour of overtime today..and drove over 12 miles..I will get mileage!
My eats:
coffee
1/4 protein waffle, 4 medium strawberries, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte
24 oz herb tea on the way to work (I drove in with the top down..that always makes me feel much better!)
instead of a cheese with lunch meat rolled around it..I ate a hot dog (cooked from the bbq over the weekend) wrapped with a piece of processed cheese
24 oz drink mix with ice, non -caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
small nectarine as a snack
24 oz drink mix with no ice. non-caffeinated
lunch: 1/2 an egg burrito from Sunday
24 oz drink mix with no ice, caffeinated (sheesh! Listening to the presentation twice, I nearly fell asleep! Tomorrow..I'm going back to the office at my lunch time..no use being there)
snack: 1 sf pudding pack with 1/4 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein) sprinkled on top..not bad..the only problem with TVP is that it's just as high in carbs as it is in protein..it's good carbs but still..skews the numbers
24 oz drink mix with alot of ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
dinner: spaghetti and meatsauce..I had whole wheat noodles and ate quite alot of them..about a cup! The meat sauce was poured over a 1/4 lb burger patty..we buy lean ground beef and freeze our own patties with that so I know I ate at least 5 oz of ground beef.

Yeah, not stellar but since there wasn't many bad carbs..I'm okay with it.
I have rashes too but it seems to do better when I drink the mixes with less color..I think it's either the caffeinated ones or the colored ones...When I just drin****d tea and real coffee (when iced, it's pretty darn good!) the rash goes away, so I'm not sure if it's the color or what but I have rashes on my legs and sides..my back and other places..I hope you figure yours out!
