I know I'm early but I'm sure I'll be asleep in an hour..We went to a huge car show..most of the afternoon..walking. I drank 6 containers of water and I'll be drinking another one here soon..it was over 90 degrees, my feet actually got tanned..The low spot was when we ate lunch, which I did not plan for since I was sure we would leave long before it was lunch time..didn';t happen.

my eats:

coffee

1/4 protein waffle, strawberries and sf pancake syrup

double espresso latte

24 oz container of water

second breakfast: egg burrito with no hashed browns (half of it counted as a medium burrito)

24 oz container of water with ice, caffeinated drink mix

24 oz container of water with ice, non-caffeinated drink mix

lunch: a submachine size philly cheese steak sandwich with french fries (small order, I figure but I ate them all!)

24 oz container of water with no ice, non-caffeinated drink mix

24 oz container of water without ice, plain

24 oz container of crystal light with ice..grapefruit flavor, non-caffeinated

dinner: 4 oz steak grilled and nothing more..I'm tired. I've just about finished my lunch plans for tomorrow cuz I'll be going in early and it will be a long long day of training..I'm praying for strength to get through this week..

considering what I did today..this was good. My feet, legs and back are sore..I'm thinking a nice soak in the tub and bed..with tylenol pm I think, just to be sure I sleep.

 Sounds like a busy day and that your feeling like I was last night.  Get some sleep woman.  I didn't do much.  Cleaned the house, did laundry, planned out meals to Wednesday, made my lunch for tomorrow and worked on a beading project.  It was a nice relaxing day.

Here is the food for today:

32oz water and am vitamins
B:  2 slices protein bread french toast with 1 tbsp butter
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:  1 cup white chicken chili
32oz water with pm vitamins
26 oz diet peach Snapple
D:  Flatout Flatbread, 1/2 cup burritto stuff, 1/4 cup grated cheese, 1 cup cherries

Cals:  1349.5, Fat:  53.5, Carbs:  92,  Protein:  99

I got a call from one of thepeople for the Overeaters Anonymous meeting I went to last week and I was surprised but really happy.  We both do pretty much the same thing with our food.  He uses fitday and keeps track of everything like I do.  We got to talking about weighing and as much as I really want to weigh myself to validate what I have been doing this past week, after talking with him I've decided I am going to stay off the scale.  I know how my body feels.  I feel good, my clothes fit perfectly, certain things are looser than they were and I know what I have been eating.  I am way too obsessed with the number on that scale for my own good so I am going to stay off.  So there you have it.  Have a good day tomorrow.  Don't work too hard and take care of yourself.  You are your own bottom line!
