Really tired. The day went well. Gonna post the food and head off to bed.
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, 1/2 tbsp Stevia
Iced Venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 2 slices protein bread, 3 thin slices deli ham, 1 slice havarti, 2 tbsp cream cheese
16oz water and pm vitamins
16 oz diet peach snapple
D: Flatout flatbread, 5-6 oz boneless/skinless chicken thigh, spinach/red cabbage/carrots/perppercinis/red peppers/onions, 1/4 cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch dressing, 2 tbsp salsa
Cals: 1487, Fat: 71.5, Carbs: 79.5, Protein: 115.5

I didn't have a bad day, exactly..I had a pretty happy day. The sun was shining and until the wind started blowing I was doing okay..the wind always means the internet is going to go out..I don't like that..the internet is my entertainment..and keeps me from eating too much. In theory..
Truth be told I didn't do too well today. Lots of carbs from a batch of sugar free peanutbutter oatmeal cookies (splenda, oatmeal, peanutbutter, egg..that's about all that went into the cookies..oh, and raisins..)
but I ate my protein waffles and two hard boiled eggs and then a cheese burger for dinner (on a sandwich thin!) ..then for dessert while everyone else was eating full sugar pie, I put a cut up peach in a bowl with two sf oatmeal cookies and microwaved it with some aerosol whipped topping..yum
I have absolutely no totals today at all..tomorrow I'll probably have numbers for ya but today..nothing.
