The new computer system drains my brain enough without adding low sugar to the mix!

I did pretty good today. Not bad at all!

How did you do?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

You are way more important than work.  Sometimes my job gets me so stressed that I go to sleep thinking about it, dream about it and wake up anxious about it.  It is those times I know I need to step back and get it into perspective.  My life is not my job.

My day went well.  At the moment I am typing this I am hungry.  I haven't felt hungry like this in a while.  I want to eat something.  Anything.  But I can't gaurantee it is realy hunger - you know what I mean?  So I am going to stick to my plan and trust I will be okay.  I have got dinner cooking.  I should be eating it in about an hour at the most.

Here is the food for the day:

32oz water and am vtamins
B:  1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed, 1/2 tbsp stevia
Starbucks iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L:  4-6 oz chicken tenderloins, 2 tbsp peanut satay sauce
32oz water
16oz diet peach snapple
S:  Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Protein Bar
D:  1 cup quinoa, 1 turkey italian sausage, 1 tbsp butter, mushroom and onions with garlic, 1/4 cup roasted garlic alfredo sauce
16oz water with pm vitamins

Cals:  1275, Fats:  58.5, Carbs:  78, Proetin:  92

Good day.  I'm tired.  Going to do something to keep my hands busy.

Isn't that the truth! I woke up at 3:30 this morning thinking about work and it didn't get better from there except that I insisted on taking my lunch today and I'm going to insist on taking my lunch ON TIME every day from now on..and if I don't have the food that I need to be there an extra hour..then no overtime either..I'm drawing a line and that's it!

You did great..I need to get off this computer and do some planning for tomorrow for a couple of lunches with snacks..and then head to bed cuz I'm exhausted!

Keep up the good work. See ya tomorrow.

Good for you.  We have to take care of our bottom line (no pun intended) because God only knows they would totally take care of theirs.

See you tommorrow!

Oooh boy, yesterday was a weight lifting day and those are very challenging for me because I get SO HUNGRY afterward. Anyway, it wasn't horrible, but there was not enough protein and I was a little high on carbs because I had a sweet treat.

Lunch: 4 oz. grilled chicken breast and a salad of green peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, red onion, cucumber, and tomato with 1 tsp. vinaigrette.

Dinner: Whole wheat mini bagel with 3 oz. tuna, 1/2 tbsp. mayo, dijon mustard, roasted red peppers, and thyme. 1/2 oz. of potato chips.

Snack: 1 cup raw broccoli and cauliflower.

Snack 2: 1 cup blackberries and chopped peaches over a 2 oz. pecan blondie.
