Accountability - Sunday
Listen! Do you hear that? Crickets..I hear 'em..LOL. Just kidding. I'm gonna quote myself from facebook: "I'm super tired tonight. It's alot like regular tired but I'm wearing a cape."
Today wasn't my finest hour but I didn't do much..too tired. I didn't sleep well last night. Each time I moved, my bruised rib woke me up. Tonight will be different. I'm taking Tylenol PM and a Valarian Root..and hitting the pillow HARD..
I felt bad about running out of pancake mix for hubby and son so I made them pancakes from my CarbQuick..which I treasure and hoard like a golum...my precious! anyway, here are my eats:
coffee (ah! coffee..and I rinsed out my espresso maker cuz the lime has built up inside of it..one dose isn't gonna do it. booooo)
breakfast: 1/4 protein waffles, 1/2 apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with plain soy milk..the frother isn't up to snuff so do overs for sure
24 oz kool aide with ice..during church
got home and made myself a second breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs with 1 oz mozzarella cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla (medium size)..
24 oz kool aide with ice (I made a whole pitcher of kool aide and drank it all myself..it doubled the amount of fluids that I got today and I drank my favorite..strawberry, all day long!)
lunch was 1 slice of dark jewish rye with 4 oz turkey pastrami, 1/4 tablespoon of thousand island dressing with 2 slices tomato and mozzarella cheese
no snacks..just tons of water..
dinner: Banquet Chicken with marinara sauce with mashed potatoes and cream corn..the problem was the two chicken patties I had..too many carbs for sure! that

I didn't hit my good marks today..I know where I went wrong..I'm hoping tomorrow is better. I've already made my lunch (salad with cooked chicken breast and thousand island dressing..) and have it ready. I'm gonna put vinegar in my espresso maker and see if I can delime it some more.
No matter how you did today, you can either keep going or learn from it..figure where you went wrong and where you went right and go from there...
