Accountability = Saturday
Nice relaxing day..but a busy day. I decided that I didn't wanna go into town to do any grocery shopping at all. I figure I'll do my shopping piece meal during the week. I have a feeling taking anyone (dh) with me costs me a bunch more money..so I'll be shopping on the way home rather than taking a trip into town for anything..
I did all sorts of cleaning today and laundry..all the vacuuming and several rooms of bedding too..then we went to a barbecue at a local ice cream shop. They have it every year with a live band and old classic cars..lots of fun for our family being the gear heads that we are!
My eats today:
coffee (I slept really well after taking Valarian Root..9 whole hours!)
1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
1 oz mozzarella and 1 slice ham deli meat
Lunch: a sandwich made with 4 oz turkey pastrami on really dark rye with 2 slices of processed cheese and spicey mustard
during the day I drank a whole 64 oz container of kool aide made with splenda..tons of ice doubled the amount of water cuz I must have had 6 cups total..and also a cup of iced tea too..
double espresso latte TWICE!
Also as a second lunch: 2 eggs scrambled, 1 oz mozzarella in a flour tortilla
dinner: 5 oz roast beef, 1 cup salad greens and lite italian dressing..and another iced tea with splenda..
Now at home another container of water..It was hot here today so I was thirsty all the time!

Not bad at all. I got quite a bit of movement in..alot of walking..alot of house cleaning and pushing that vacuum cleaner..
I did alright today..AND I didn't spend any money either! Woo Hoo.
