Accountability - Friday
Again I forgot to send my list home with the times on it..but I kept up with what I ate on fitday..It's just been a really rough week..and it looks like it's gonna be a rough month of June too..
My eats
coffee
1/4 protein waffle, 1/2 small apple, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte with plain soy milk
24 oz herb tea with splenda..yes! I saw the same damn chp on my drive to work..I nearly wanted to flip him the bird..I did manage to call him names as I drove by him..rat fink!
1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 slice low fat ham deli meat
24 oz drink mix with ice..non caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with ice..non caffeinated
lunch: salad of 4 oz tilapia and romaine lettuce, tomato and zesty italian dressing
24 oz drink mix with alittle ice caffeinated
1 hard boiled egg
24 oz drink mix with alot of ice and caffeinated
Dinner: 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese food (fake cheese) on a sandwich thin with spicey brown mustard..
Nothing else but I'm thirsty..

Fat: 71.7
Carbs: 71.2
Protein: 116.8
Those are some fine numbers right there..I was so busy today I didn't get computer time but I got a lot of things done..training will be strenuous this summer..and we have four furlough days. Probably more once the Governor's budget doesn't pass..
